Audit Practice of Natural Resource Assets Based on Geographical Information Technology

提出了基于地理信息技术开展审计的总体思路,通过数据治理与建库、分析模型构建与存储,理顺审计业务流程,采用面向服务(SOA)的体系架构研发福建省自然资源资产审计分析平台,将分散、复杂、多源的审计要素归集在统一空间基准的基础地理信息中,实现了审计数据有序管理、审计分析精准便捷、审计工作图文一体的工作目标,在福建省自然资源资产离任审计工作中成效显著。

The off-office auditing of natural resource assets of leading cadres is a new audit system.Based on the problems and challenges faced by the natural resource assets audit in Fujian Province,we put forward the general idea of carrying out the natural resource assets audit based on geographical information technology.Through data governance and database construction,analyzing model construction and storage,we streamlined the audit business process,and developed a natural resource assets audit and analysis platform of Fujian Province with service-oriented(SOA)architecture.The scattered,complex and multi-source audit elements are collected in the basic geographical information of unified spatial benchmark,which has achieved the objectives of orderly management of audit data,accurate and convenient audit analysis,and integration of images and texts in audit work,and remarkable results in the natural resources assets audit in Fujian Province.
