摘要
以浓香型菜籽油为原料,以极性多酚提取率为指标,通过单因素试验与正交试验相结合优化了菜籽油中极性多酚提取工艺,并利用高效液相色谱分析了菜籽油中酚类物质分布。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:以体积分数80%的甲醇作为提取溶剂,料液比1∶2(g∶mL),涡旋振荡8 min后,以转速5000 r/min离心10 min,收集下清液,重复操作3次,极性多酚提取量可达到68.72μg/g,其中Canolol是浓香型菜籽油中主要酚类物质,含量可达到68.72μg/g,占总酚的91.36%。
Taken fragrant flavor rapeseed oil as raw material,the polarity polyphenols extraction yield as the index,the extraction process of polar polyphenols from rapeseed oil was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.The distribution of phenols in rapeseed oil was analyzed by HPLC.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:the extraction yield of polar polyphenols was 68.72μg/g when 80%methanol was used as extraction solvent,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶2(g∶mL),after 8 min of vortex oscillation,centrifuged at 5000 r/min for 10 min to collect the bottom liquid,and the operation was repeated three times.The content of canolol was 68.72μg/g,accounting for 91.36% of the total phenols.
