摘要
在新工科背景下的工程教育专业认证中,专业基础课的教学模式改革势在必行。以“食品微生物学”为例,对以OBE(Outcome-based education)教育模式为理念的线上线下混合教学实践过程进行了梳理。从全程学情监控、学习满意度调查、结课考试及学科技能竞赛成绩来看,该教学模式的实施加强了学生对课程知识的掌握度,显著提升了综合素质和学习积极性,同时也促进了师生持续改进。该教学模式探索可为地方应用型本科高校工科专业课程改革的有效推进提供一定参考。
It is imperative to reform the teaching mode of professional basic courses in the engineering education professional certification under the background of new engineering.Sorted through the practice process of online and offline mixed teaching with the OBE(Outcome-based education)education model as the concept.The implementation of this teaching model had strengthened students'mastery of curriculum knowledge,significantly improved the overall quality and learning enthusiasm,and also promoted continuous improvement of teachers and students judging from the monitoring of the whole process of learning,the survey of study satisfaction,the achievement of the course exam and disciplines competition.The exploration of this teaching mode could provide a certain reference for the effective promotion of engineering curriculum reform in local applied undergraduate universities.
