线上线下混合式教学在“食品生物技术”课程中的探索 被引量:5

摘要 在后疫情时代,线上线下混合式教学已成为高校教师积极探索的教学方式之一。在分析“食品生物技术”课程教学现状的基础上,提出线上线下混合式教学的课程改革思路和设计方案。以网上教学平台为基础,利用智慧化教学工具,融合先进教学理念,引入新型教学模式和重构多元考核方式,开展线上线下混合式教学的探索。线上线下混合式教学充分发挥了传统教学与信息化、共享化教学模式的优势,在促进学生积极主动学习的同时,培养学生的创新及解决工程实际问题能力,满足新工科专业的课程建设需求,促进知识、能力和素质三位一体教学目标的实现。 In the post-epidemic era,online and offline hybrid teaching has been one of the actively exploring teaching mode in college and university.Based on the analysis of the current teaching status of Food Biotechnology,curriculum reform and design scheme have been proposed.The exploration on the application of online and offline hybrid teaching mode in the course of Food Biotechnology was based on the online teaching platform with smart teaching tools,advanced teaching philosophies,novel teaching modes and pluralistic assessment methods.The online and offline hybrid teaching mode fully exploits the advantages of traditional teaching,and information and sharing teaching.It would motivate students to active learning and cultivate the innovation ability as well as the ability to solve the practical engineering problems.It would meet the requirements for the construction of new engineering course and the trinity teaching goal of knowledge,ability and quality.
