薄片预处理方式对制丝及卷制质量的影响研究

摘要 为降低薄片经打叶机处理造成的不必要造碎,提高资源利用率,研究了薄片与配方烟叶均匀混合后经打叶机处理模式与薄片单独润叶不经打叶机处理,2种生产模式对制丝和卷制质量的影响。与混合润叶相比,薄片单独润叶能够提高制丝批次的出丝率,降低烟叶消耗,出丝率均值由92.72%提高到93.11%;与混合润叶相比,薄片单独润叶能够降低卷制环节的烟支剔除率,剔除率均值由0.68%降低到0.34%,降低了单箱耗叶量;2种预处理模式下,单独润叶与混合润叶相比烟支内3.15~4.00 mm长度烟丝占比增加,1~2 mm长度烟丝占比增加,500μm~1 mm长度烟丝占比减少,<500μm长度烟丝占比减少。单独处理薄片生产模式通过减少薄片烟叶造碎、降低碎末烟丝比例、提高填充性能烟丝所占比例改善了烟支的卷制质量。薄片单独预处理模式对于卷烟厂提高资源利用率提高产品质量具有显著效果。 In order to reduce unnecessary chipping of reconstituted tobacco caused by the threshing machine treatment and improve resource utilization,the effect of processing mode on the tobacco primary processing and rolling quality were studied.These two processing modes are individually moisturizing reconstituted tobacco without threshing machine treatment and uniformly mixing tobacco and reconstituted tobacco then enter the threshing machine.Compared with uniformly mixing and moisturizing,individually moisturizing mode can increase the yield of tobacco primary processing and reduce tobacco consumption.The average rate of tobacco primary processing yield had increased from 92.72%~93.11%.Compared with uniformly mixing and moisturizing,individually moisturizing mode could reduce the tobacco rejection rate in the rolling process.The average rejection rate was reduced from 0.68%~0.34%,which reduces the leaf consumption per box.Compared with uniformly mixing and moisturizing,the proportion of 3.15~4.00 mm and 1~2 mm tobacco increased,while the proportion of 500μm~1 mm and<500μm tobacco decreased under individually moisturizing mode.Individually moisturizing reconstituted tobacco without threshing machine treatment processing mode improves the rolling quality of cigarettes by reducing the proportion of shredded tobacco and increasing the proportion of filling tobacco.Reconstituted tobacco individually moisturizing mode had a significant effect on improving resource utilization and product quality in cigarette factories.
