信阳毛尖中小茶企业生产现状及发展研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Xinyang Maojian Small and Medium-sized Tea Enterprises

目前毛尖产业已成为推动信阳经济、带动茶农致富、实现乡村振兴的支柱型特色产业。然而,信阳毛尖产业多以中小企业为主,存在一定发展瓶颈问题。基于实地走访、调研,从多方面阐述了信阳毛尖中小企业生产现状,分析了信阳毛尖中小企业发展过程中存在茶叶产品单一、企业产业链较短、企业的整体实力不强、茶叶品牌的创建和营销力度不够、缺乏持续有效的政策和资金支持等问题,提出灵活运用茶产业政策,积极补助茶农,规范化种植茶叶,逐步推进全自动机械化生产,拓宽产业规模,扩大种植面积,延长产业链,增加茶叶附加值的发展对策,以促进信阳毛尖产业健康可持续发展。

At present,Maojian industry has become the pillar characteristic industry,improving Xinyang's economy,making local tea farmers rich,and realizing rural revitalization.However,Xinyang Maojian industry is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises,which has encountered the bottleneck problem.Based on the field visits and investigations,this paper expounded the present situation of Xinyang Maojian small and medium-sized enterprises from various aspects,and analyzes the problems,such as single tea product,short enterprise industry chain,weak overall strength of enterprises,inadequate creation and marketing of tea brands,and the lack of sustained and effective policy and financial support.Finally,the countermeasures of flexible application of tea industry policy,active subsidy to tea farmers,standardization of tea planting,gradual promotion of fully automatic mechanized production,expansion of industrial scale,expansion of planting area,extension of industrial chain and increase of added value of tea were put forward,to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Mao Jian Industry in Xinyang.
