摘要
在“食品添加剂”课程中引入对分课堂教学模式,并利用超星学习通平台的信息化智慧化功能,采用混合式教学法,提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,取得良好的教学效果。对教学过程进行反思,为进一步改革指出方向。
PAD class teaching model was used in Food Additives course intergrated with the superstar learning platform with informatization and intelligentization.The blended teaching pattern was effetive on enhancing students'learning enthusiasm and initiativity,and teaching effect was good.Teaching process introspection gave direction for further teaching reform.
