摘要
利用OBE理念对“食品营养与安全”通识课程的引导作用,在实验教学内容、教学方法、教学手段及学生实验成绩评估等方面进行了改革。通过改革不仅提升了“食品营养与安全”通识课程实践教学质量,还有助于大学生理性智慧、自由思考、创新能力的培养。
Using the guiding role of OBE mode in the general course of Food Nutrition and Safety,the experimental teaching content,teaching methods,teaching means and students'experimental performance evaluation were reformed.The reform not only guided the practical teaching quality of general knowledge course of Food Nutrition and Safety,but also helped to cultivate college students'rational wisdom,free thinking and innovation ability.
