摘要
推行“智慧党建”是高校基层党建工作适应时代变化、落实全面从严治党要求的有效途径,也是高校党建工作提质增效的重要抓手。目前,高校在推行“智慧党建”的过程中仍存在工作者综合素质不强、顶层设计尚未完善及党建信息平台相对落后等问题。高校应从提高党建工作者的综合素质、打造高效管理队伍、优化顶层设计、搭建信息平台入手,全面推动“智慧党建”有效落实。
Smart Party building is an effective way for the grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities to adapt to the changing times and comprehensively enforce strict Party discipline.It also serves as an important channel to improve the quality and efficiency of Party building.However,in creating smart Party building,some problems still exist,such as weak comprehensive quality of Party workers,imperfect top-level design,and outdated information platforms.Colleges and universities should improve the quality of Party workers,build efficient management teams,optimize the top-level design and strengthen information platforms,to achieve smart Party building.
