由高被引论文的研究主题看森林防火的科研--以《森林防火》为例

Research Situation of Forest Fire Prevention from the Research Topics of Highly Cited Papers--with Forest Fire Prevention as an Example

加强森林防火的科研工作有利于促进森林生态建设,也是服务国家生态安全战略的必然要求。以《森林防火》刊发的被引排名前100的论文研究主题为统计分析对象,结合我国森林防火工作和科研现状进行探讨,得出以下结论:高被引论文的主要研究热点与森林防火实际工作相匹配,为森林防火工作提供了有益的决策参考和实践指导;防火政策法规研究与现实需求存在差距、学科交叉和新技术应用研究不够等因素制约了森林防火工作效益的发挥和后劲的保持。建议提高政治站位,紧跟社会需求和行业热点,推动森林防火高质量发展。

Strengthening research on forest fire prevention is conducive to promoting forest ecological progress,and is also a requirement to serve the national ecological security strategy.Taking the research topics of the top 100 cited papers published in Forest Fire Prevention as the object of statistical analysis and based on the current situation of forest fire prevention work and scientific research in China,the author drew the following conclusions.The main research topics match well with the practical work of fire prevention and thus can provide useful suggestions for decision-making progress and practical guidance for forest fire prevention work.However,there is a gap between the research and the actual needs,and the interdisciplinary research and that on new technology application are not enough.The above shortcomings have undermined the work effect and the sustainability of forest fire prevention.To address the situation,the author gave the following suggestions as improving the political position,and closely following social needs and industry hot issues to achieve high quality development of forest fire prevention.
