幼儿园内涵发展释义及其主体责任分析

On the Connotation Development of Kindergarten and Its Subjects’ Duties

摘要 幼儿园内涵发展是幼儿园自觉遵循幼儿发展规律,主动追求自身教育价值实现的过程,幼儿园教育教学质量的提高是其主要目标,幼儿园积极主动作为是其明显特征。幼儿园作为自身内涵发展的主体应主动完善内部制度,积极提升教师专业素养,努力创设优秀文化氛围。政府与社会作为幼儿园内涵发展的外部支持性主体,不仅要为幼儿园发展需要提供支持,而且应积极履责,通过优化体制机制、强化资源供给责任、构建行为共同体为幼儿园内涵发展提供制度、物质与环境保障。 If a kindergarten follows consciously the developmental law of children and pursuits voluntarily the realization of her educational values,the kindergarten is considered in the process of connotation development.Improving her education and teaching quality is the main goal and taking actions vigorously is the outstanding performance of such connotation development.The kindergarten often has to perfect her management system,promote her teachers’professional level,and create environment attractive to all staff and children.As external supporting subjects,the government and society should optimize connotation development system for kindergarten and allocate enough educational resources and build a kind of action community to help kindergarten develop with quality.
