着力加强思政教师专业素养的提升

目前,高职院校思政课教师存在学习、培训工作力度不够、针对性不强,教研、科研、听课等活动质量不高,贯彻执行“六个要”标准用力不均,思政课改革创新难等问题,针对这些问题,以“讲好思政课”为中心,抓好学习和培训,提高教研、科研、听课等活动质量,全面贯彻执行“六个要”标准,努力做到“八个统一”,进一步加强思政课教师专业素养提升。
