无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Gastrointestinal Polyps Treated by High Frequency Electrotomy Under Painless Digestive Endoscope

目的分析无痛消化内镜下使用高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的临床疗效。方法将邹城市人民医院2018年10月—2020年12月收治的70例胃肠息肉患者作为研究对象,按照双盲对照原则将患者划分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组使用普通消化内镜下高频电刀治疗,观察组则采用无痛消化内镜辅助治疗。治疗结束后比较两组患者的胃肠息肉一次性清除率与复发情况,同时统计术后出现的并发症、手术时间与出血量。结果此次研究结果表明,观察组患者的一次性清除率与对照组患者相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的再发现率为2.9%,对照组的再发现率为25.7%,与对照组相比,在再发现率方面观察组要更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术后并发症方面,观察组只出现了2例胃肠胀气,并发症发生率为5.7%,而对照组出现了2例出血、3胃肠胀气和1例术后剧烈疼痛,并发症发生率为25.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者的手术时间更短,出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉具有很高的息肉清除率,降低疾病的再发现率,手术时间短且出血量少,且患者的痛苦程度更低,更易于患者接受。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect ofgastrointestinal polyps treated by high frequency electrotomy under painless digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastrointestinal polyps admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from October 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the double-blind control principle,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high frequency electrotome under common digestive endoscopy,and the observation group was treated with painless digestive endoscopy.After treatment,the one-time clearance rate and recurrence of gastrointestinal polyps in the two groups were compared,and postoperative complications,operation time and blood loss were counted.Results The results of this study showed that the one-time clearance rate of the observation group was the same as that of the control group,and there were no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.9%,and that of the control group was 25.7%.Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative complications,there were only 2 cases of flatulence in the observation group,with a complication rate of 5.7%,while there were 2 cases of bleeding,3 cases of flatulence and 1 case of severe postoperative pain in the control group,with a complication rate of 25.7%.The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operation time was shorter and the amount of blood loss was less in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency electrosurgical treatment of gastrointestinal polyps under painless digestive endoscopy has a high polyp clearance rate,reduces the recurrence rate of the disease,and the operation time is short and the amount of blood loss is less,and the pain degree of patients is lower,and it is easier for patients to accept.
