护士对老年糖尿病患者的口腔保健知信行的现状及影响因素分析

目的通过调查福州市二级以上医院护士对老年糖尿病患者的口腔保健知识知-信-行的现状,分析其影响因素。方法在2020年11—12月,便利抽选福州市二级以上医院护士327名,进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷327份,问卷有效率为97.61%,得分分布如下:知识部分(46.57±14.95)分,信念部分(79.05±5.39)分,行为部分(51.55±16.51)分,护理人员工龄、年龄、医院等级、职称、岗位等对护士知识、信念、行为的得分影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论福州市二级以上医院护士对老年糖尿病患者口腔保健的知信行知识缺乏,在执行力上不够积极,但认知态度较好。

Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses'knowledge,belief and practice of oral health care for elderly patients with diabetes in hospitals above the second level in Fuzhou,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods From November to December 2020,327 nurses from secondary and above hospitals in Fuzhou were conveniently selected for questionnaire survey.Results 327 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 97.61%.The scores were distributed as follows:The knowledge part(46.57±14.95)points,the belief part(79.05±5.39)points,the behavior part(51.55±16.51)points,the nursing staff's working age,age,hospital grade,professional title,post and so on on the knowledge,belief and behavior scores of nurses have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses in secondary and above hospitals in Fuzhou lack knowledge of oral health care for elderly patients with diabetes,and are not active enough in execution,but have a good cognitive attitude.
