X射线荧光光谱法分析一种干法除尘粉中锌含量

摘要 以四硼酸锂-碳酸锂为熔剂,溴化锂为脱模剂,过氧化钡和氢氧化锂为氧化剂,熔融法制备样品,建立了X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定我厂生产的一种干法除尘粉中锌含量的分析方法。选用含铁尘泥标样绘制标样曲线,定量分析锌含量,测定的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)在1%以内,且用标准物质验证,测量结果与标准物质认定值相符,获得可靠有效的分析方法,能够满足日常分析的要求。 In this paper,with lithium tetraborate lithium carbonate as flux,lithium bromide as release agent,carium peroxide and lithium hydroxide as oxidants,the sample was prepared by melting method,and an analytical by XRF was established.The relative standard deviation(RSD n=10)of the determination is within 1%.The results are verified with reference materials.The measurement results are consistent with the certified values of reference materials.A reliable and effective analysis method is obtained,which can meet the requirements of daily analysis.
