摘要
核医学科核素治疗病房中存在因辐射隔离防护需要而无法近距离进行医疗护理操作的问题,而近年来出现并正在常态化防控的新型冠状病毒疫情具有高传播性、高隐匿性,增加了医护人员病毒环境暴露感染风险。疫情防控要求与核医学科工作环境,以及治疗过程的专业性和特殊性使得智能机器人在该学科具有广阔的应用前景。随着科学技术进步及医疗需求变化,我国医疗行业智能机器人应用领域逐渐广泛,种类持续增多,功能不断完善。本文针对核素病房的特点,以及疫情背景下智能机器人在核素病房中应用与发展情况进行综述,并对其未来发展方向进行展望,以期为核素病房智能化推进提供理论指导。
In the radionuclide treatment ward of the department of nuclear medicine,medical care operations can not be conducted in close proximity due to the need for radiation isolation and protection.In recent years,the novel coronavirus(COVID-19)epidemic,which is under normal prevention and control,has high transmissibility and high concealment.These features increase the risk of virus exposure and infection among medical staff.Intelligent robots have broad application prospects in nuclear medicine due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control,but also the professionalism,particularity of the working environment and treatment process of this discipline.The application domains of intelligent robots in Chinese medical industry are expanding,the varieties are getting more varied,and the functions are getting better with the advancements in science and technology as well as changes in medical demand.This paper summarized the characteristics of radionuclide wards,the application and development of intelligent robots in radionuclide wards against the backdrop of epidemic situations,and the future development direction of intelligent robots.It is hoped that can offer theoretical guidance for the intelligent promotion of radionuclide wards.
