New Techniques and Devices for the Treatment of Ejection Fraction Preserved Heart Failure

射血分数保留型心力衰竭(Heart Failure Preserved Ejection Fraction,HFpEF)是一种心脏结构和功能异常导致的临床综合征,尚缺乏有效的药物治疗手段。近年来出现了多种可最大限度治疗HFpEF的新技术和新器械,本文介绍了有较强应用前景的左心房分流器及左心室扩张器,分析了不同类型器材的原理、设计、临床试验结果、研究现状及局限性,并进行了不同类型器材间的对比,旨在探讨HFpEF治疗的研究方向。

Heart failure preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is a clinical syndrome caused by abnormal cardiac structure and function,and there is still lack of effective drug treatment.In recent years,a variety of new technologies and devices that can maximize the treatment of HFpEF have emerged.This paper introduced the left atrial shunt and left ventricular dilator with strong application prospects,and analyzed the principle,design,clinical trial results,research status and limitations of different types of devices,and made a comparison between different types of devices in order to explore the research direction of HFpEF treatment.
