Development Blueprint of Industrial Software from the Perspective of the 14th Five-Year Plan

为更好地理解“十四五”规划对工业软件发展的指导作用,找到适合我国工业软件发展的有效模式,阐述工业软件发展目前取得的成就、现阶段面临的主要问题,以及“十四五”规划给工业软件发展带来的机遇,并对“十四五”规划和软件“十四五”规划中工业软件相关政策进行解读,重点分析发展目标、发展方向和重点工作等相关内容,最后给出我国现阶段工业软件发展的工作建议。

Describes the achievements and problems in the development of industrial software,as well as the opportunities brought by the14th Five-Year Plan for the development of industrial software,in order to better understand the guiding role of the 14th Five-Year Plan in the development of industrial software and find the effective model suitable for the development of industrial software in China. The research interprets the policies related to industrial software in the 14th Five-Year Plan and the 14th Five-Year Plan for the development of software and information technology service industry,focuses on the analysis of development goals,development directions and key work,and finally gives suggestions for the development of industrial software.
