Study on Well Fumigation Method in Bamboo and Silk Medical Manuscripts

将马王堆汉墓帛书《五十二病方》中与区种法类似的内容进行比较,指出《五十二病方》中“区”就是“坎”,肯定了“复”字解释,认为《武威汉代医简》中的“石”是容量单位而不是重量单位,并以《武威汉代医简》中的坎熏法为例,认为其疗法与区种法有相同之处;分析了《灵枢·经筋》中相关治疗方法,对其他传世文献有关内容进行了解析。

By comparing the contents similar to the“区种法”in the silk manuscript of Wu Shi Er Bing Fang(《五十二病方》Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases)from Mawangdui Han Tomb,the paper put forward that the“区(Ou)”from the silk book was actually“坎,Kan(well)”,and also confirmed the interpretation of the character of“复”.It also held that the“石”from Wuwei Han Dai Yi Jian(《武威汉代医简》Wuwei’s Han Medical Slips)referred to the unit of volume rather than weight,and employed the example of“坎熏法,Pit Fumigation Method”from the slip to demonstrate its similarity with“区种法”.In addition,the article analyzed relevant treating methods from Ling Shu Jing Jin(《灵枢·经筋》Meridian Tendon of Miraculous Pivot),and investigated other documentation from handed-down medical literature.
