摘要
人工智能作为引发与推动“第四次科技革命”的核心技术,同时推动着人才培养目标的变革。创新型、复合型的人才需求,使学生核心素养的培养需要超越传统教与学视角,还原到教育生态系统互动中分析。基于此,文章构建了AI驱动的学生核心素养发展模式,探究教育生态系统主体间动态合作关系对素养演化的影响,并设定了综合发展模式、高期望发展模式与氛围营造发展模式三种情景下的仿真方案。仿真结果揭示:综合发展模式在发展的前中后期均有良好的发展态势;高期望发展模式在前期优势明显,但后期呈现“反噬”现象;氛围营造发展模式虽然前期发展不明显,但后期则呈现出了巨大的发展优势。综上,文章从系统协同作用、学校创新生态、课堂师生交互三个角度提出实践建议,以期为各层面促进学生核心素养发展提供借鉴。
As the core technology to trigger and promote the“fourth scientific and technological revolution”,artificial intelligence(AI)has promoted the reform of talent training objectives.The demand for innovative and compound talents makes students’core qualities cultivation need to go beyond the traditional teaching and learning perspective and return to the interaction analysis of the educational ecosystem.Based on this,this paper constructed an AI-driven system dynamics model of learners’core literacy development,explored the influence of the dynamic cooperative relationship among the subjects of the education ecosystem on the evolution of literacy,and set up simulation schemes under three scenarios of comprehensive development model,high expectation development model,and atmosphere creation model.The simulation results showed that the comprehensive development model had a good development trend in the early,middle,and late stages of development.Meanwhile,the high expectation development model had obvious advantages in the early stage,but it shows a“backlash”phenomenon in the later stage.The atmosphere creation development model had no obvious advantages in the early stage,but it showed a huge development advantage in the middle and late stages.In conclusion,the practical suggestions were proposed from three angles of system synergy,school innovation ecology,and classroom teacher-student interaction,in order to provide a reference for promoting students’core literacy development at all levels.
