东营市农业节水灌溉建设现状与对策

Present Status and Counter-measures of Agricultural Water-saving Irrigation Construction in Dongying

对东营市的农业发展高效节水灌溉工程进行全面调研,针对东营市农业节水灌溉现状、体系规划和制约因素等问题,研究制定解决办法及对策,提出适合本地区节水灌溉工程体系建设方面的思路和措施。

A comprehensive research on agricultural efficient water-saving irrigation project was conducted in Dongying Municipality.Focused on the present status,system planning and restricting factors of agricultural water-saving irrigation,the solution and counter-measures were formulated after study,and furthermore,this paper puts forward ideas and measures suitable for the construction of water-saving irrigation project system in this region.
