A Textual Research on the Marital Arts Examination in the Tang and Song Dynasties

从古代武制举的发展演变过程看,武制举始于隋,发展完备于唐,终于清。武制举发展的过程是军事人才选拔的需要和制度完善中由繁到简,从不规范到规范,顺应时代的历史过程。本文对唐宋武制举的施行情况、荐举和应举资格、考试科目、考试操作、考试内容与答题规范等方面进行了探讨。

From the development and evolution of ancient marital arts examinations system,it began in the Sui Dynasty,developed completely in the Tang Dynasty,and finally ended in the Song Dynasty.The development of the martial arts examinations is a historical process in line with the needs of military personnel selection and the improvement of the system,from complex to simple,from non-standard to standard,which conforms to the historical process of the times.Focusing on the implementation,recommendation and examination qualifications,examination subjects,examination operation,examination contents and answering standards of the martial arts examinations in the Tang and Song Dynasties,this article launches exploration.
