Intelligent Bulk Grain Loading System Based on IO-Link Technology

针对散粮提货车辆在港口装车作业过程中,因各环节人工操作造成的效率低、成本高、隐患大等问题,基于IO-Link通信技术、传感器技术、视觉识别技术、自动控制技术,研制散粮智能装车系统,可使车辆信息校验、车型识别、装车作业等各环节形成完整的生产管理闭环数据链,从而实现散粮车辆提货全流程信息化、智能化。

In view of the problems of low efficiency,high cost and great hidden danger caused by manual operation in each link during the loading operation of bulk grain picking vehicles at the port,based on IO Link communication technology,sensor technology,visual identification technology and automatic control technology,the bulk grain intelligent loading system is developed.It can form a complete production management closed-loop data chain in vehicle information verification,vehicle type identification,loading operation and other links.Thus,the informatization and intelligent of the whole process of picking up bulk grain vehicles are realized.
