装配式钢结构焊接方式及施工安全控制研究

Research on welding mode and safety control of fabricated steel structure

以山东省济南市某装配式钢结构住宅为例,选择施工中采用的重点钢柱焊接、梁柱螺栓连接、钢结构校正等施工工艺及方法进行研究,总结钢结构位置校正、提高焊接效率、螺栓连接质量的问题。通过焊接设计及现场数据,基于ABAQUS软件选择最合适的钢柱焊接的有限元模拟方法。

Taking Jinan fabricated steel structure residence as an example,the construction technologies and methods of key steel column welding,beam column bolt connection and steel structure correction adopted in the construction are selected for research,and the problems of steel structure position correction,improvement of welding efficiency and bolt connection quality are summarized.Through welding design and field data,the most appropriate finite element simulation method of steel column welding is selected based on ABAQUS software.
