摘要
以某城市地铁车站为例,采用地质雷达法来检测车站墙板中钢筋分布情况,探测深度较大,不受钢筋保护层厚度的影响,且是一种高效的检测方法。目前钢筋检查一般采用钢筋位置测定仪来检测,但钢筋位置测定仪检测的校准一般采用各计量院或使用单位自行制作的校准构件,铸造构件的材料以及铸造尺寸存在一定差异,校准的结果也存在一定的差异性。钢筋位置检测仪检测深度有限,深层钢筋难以检测。通过真实案例介绍地质雷达法的检测方法,实测数据较准确,希望对同类工程有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking an urban subway station as an example,the author uses the geological radar method to detect the distribution of reinforcement in the station wall panel.The detection depth is large,which is not affected by the thickness of reinforcement protective layer,and it is an efficient detection method.At present,the steel bar inspection is generally detected by the steel bar position measuring instrument,but the calibration of the steel bar position measuring instrument generally adopts the calibration components made by each measuring institute or user unit.There are some differences in the materials and casting dimensions of the cast components,and there are also some differences in the calibration results.The detection depth of reinforcement position detector is limited,and it is difficult to detect deep reinforcement.The author will introduce the detection method of geological radar method through real cases.The measured data are more accurate,hoping to have a certain reference significance for similar projects.
