Research on Shanghai in Building a Modernized Economic System and Making Full Use of the Role as a“Pathfinder”and“Power Source”

建设现代化经济体系是一个系统工程,也是一项长期任务。为更好地发挥上海在建设国家现代化经济体系中的作用,必须系统规划,分步实施。近期聚焦“补短板”,以构建“动力源”为主线,打造“全方位”立体完整的现代化经济体系框架;中期聚焦“强动力”,以增强“动力源”为核心,构筑“多体系”高效协同的现代化经济体系高地;远期聚焦“重引领”,以显示“动力源”为使命,建成“中国式”全球领先的现代化经济体系样板。

Building a modernized economic system is a systematic project and a long-term task.In order to better play the role of Shanghai in building the national modernized economic system,we must plan systematically and implement step by step.In the near future,we will focus on“making up the shortcomings”and build a“power source”as the main line to create an“all-round”three-dimensional and complete framework of the modernized economic system;in the medium term,we will focus on the“strong power”,to enhance the“power source”as the core,to build a“multi-system”efficient and synergistic modernized economic system highland;in the long term,we will focus on“leading”to show the“power source”as the mission,and build a“Chinese”global leading model of modernized economic system.
