Focusing on the strategic requirements of domestic and global orientation,giving full play to the advantages of institutional openness and deepening reform and opening up,Shanghai International Trade Center will become a global trade network hub serving the new development pattern of“dual cycle”and having the dominant and controlling power of trade.We should maintain the traditional trade functions,expand new functions of international trade,gather high-end resources with functional innovation,provide global resources for the domestic market,provide high-quality trade services for the international market,and build a new high ground for the international trade center.
