摘要
能源技术进步是能源低碳转型、“双碳”目标实现、经济高质量发展的关键驱动力。应根据城市碳排放构成、能源结构现状和技术成熟度等因素,因地制宜选择重点发展的可再生能源,力争实现无化石能源。在能源供给端,遵循“多能并跑,有序侧重”原则,加强光伏、风电、氢能、燃料电池、核能和生物质能等清洁能源关键技术攻关;在能源消费端,搭建能源系统集成化应用平台,提升能源跨部门间传输、利用效率。针对难脱碳行业,攻关碳捕获封存技术,全力推动我国“双碳”目标的实现。
Progress in energy technology is the key driver for low-carbon energy transition,“double carbon”target achievement and high-quality economic development.According to the composition of urban carbon emissions,the current status of the energy structure and technological maturity,we should select the key renewable energy sources according to local conditions and strive to achieve fossil-free energy.In the energy supply side,following the principle of“multi-energy parallel running and orderly focus”,we will strengthen the key technologies of photovoltaic,wind power,hydrogen energy,fuel cell,nuclear energy and biomass energy,etc.;in the energy consumption side,we will build an integrated application platform of energy system to improve the efficiency of inter-departmental energy transmission and utilization.For the hard-to-remove carbon industry,we will research and develop carbon capture and storage technology,and make every effort to promote the realization of China’s“double carbon”goal.
