资本下乡促进农民增收的影响机理及政策路径

Influence Mechanism and Policy Path of Capital Going to the Countryside to Increase Farmers’ Income

文章采用文献研究与实地调研相结合的方法,重点研究了资本下乡对农民增收的影响。研究结果表明,资本下乡进入农业领域对农民增收具有多重正面溢出效应,但在具体实践中存在的资本控制、乡村治理的组织缺位以及体制机制藩篱等因素阻滞了农民收入持续增长,同时也对农业农村内生性发展、农民权益保护形成了新的挑战。文章提出了促进农民增收的政策路径,为实现农民持续增收、资本与农民的共赢提供有益的参考。

This paper focuses on the impact of capital going to the countryside on farmers’ income by using the method of literature research and field research. The results show that the entry of capital to the countryside has multiple positive spillover effects on the increase of farmers’ income,but such factors as capital control,the absence of rural governance organizations and institutional barriers,have hindered the sustainable growth of farmers’ income,and also posed new challenges to the endogenous development of agriculture and rural areas and the protection of farmers’ rights and interests. Based on this,it is urgent to put forward the policy path to promote the increase of farmers’ income,so as to provide a useful reference for realizing the sustainable increase of farmers’ income and the win-win situation between capital and farmers.
