The Practice Dimensions,Paradox and Social Work Intervention Strategies of Rural Custom Civilization

乡风文明是乡村振兴战略的底色和灵魂,包括宏观制度设置、村规民约制定、人居环境建设和乡村文化保育等维度。在城乡融合发展背景下,乡风文明建设面临着传统文化与现代文化的纠葛、形式主义与实在主义的冲突、行政主导与农民主体性发挥的矛盾等方面的现实困境。之所以出现上述困境,是因为乡风文明在抽象化与具体化之间发生了断裂,应汲取农村社会工作的智慧,以乡村社会的民情为依据,以社会工作项目为载体,促进文化保育、村规民约、人居环境的一体化建设。

The construction of rural custom civilization is the background and soul of the rural revitalization strategy,including the establishment of macroscopic system,the formulation of village rules and regulations,the construction of living environment and the conservation of rural culture. Under the background of urban-rural integration development,the construction of rural civilization is faced with the conflict between traditional culture and modern culture,formalism and realism,the contradiction between peasant subjectivity and the executive-led. Facing with the above paradox,we should draw on the wisdom of rural social work to construct accurate and effective strategies for the construction of rural customs civilization.It is necessary to promote the integrated construction of the villagers’ living environment,village regulations and cultural conservation on the basis of the folk conditions of rural society,and taking social work projects as the carrier.
