花期喷施叶面肥对油用牡丹‘凤丹’结实性状的影响

摘要 为提高油用牡丹‘凤丹’的结实产量,试验选用多种微量元素及不同浓度GA_(3)、KH_(2)PO_(4)和CaCl_(2)对开花期的凤丹植株进行叶面喷施处理,探究其对‘凤丹’单株结籽数、种子重量和种子百粒重等产量性状指标的影响。结果显示:喷施100g/L白砂糖+50mg/L硼酸能显著提高种子产量,添加(15~30)mg/L Fe SO_(4)+(20~30)mg/L Mn SO_(4)+5mg/L Zn SO_(4)+200μg/L Na_(2)Mo O_(4)能够提高种子产量,但不同浓度间差异不显著;喷施80mg/L GA_(3)+100g/L白砂糖+50mg/L H_(3)BO_(3)、60mg/L Ca Cl_(2)+100g/L白砂糖+50mg/L硼酸均可显著提高凤丹植株单株结籽数量和重量;100g/L白砂糖+50mg/L H_(3)BO_(3)+5g/L KH_(2)PO_(4)处理可显著提高凤丹植株单株结籽数量;但不同浓度间差异不显著。表明:硼酸对凤丹结实影响较大,添加低浓度微量元素、GA_(3)、Ca Cl_(2)、KH_(2)PO_(4)对种子结实能力影响较小。 In order to explore the effect of foliar spraying fertilizer at flowering stage on the seed growth of oil used peony‘Fengdan’and improve the yield,the experiment selected a variety of trace elements and different concentrations of GA_(3),KH_(2)PO_(4 )and Ca Cl_(2 )to spray the leaves of‘Fengdan’plants at flowering stage,and explore their effects on yield traits such as seed number per plant,seed weight per plant and 100 seed weight of‘Fengdan’.The results showed that spraying 100 g/L white granulated sugar+50mg/L boric acid could significantly increase seed yield,and adding (15-30)mg/L Fe SO_(4)+(20-30)mg/L Mn SO_(4)+5 mg/L Zn SO_(4)+200μg/L Na_(2)Mo O_(4 )can increase seed yield,but there is no significant difference between different concentrations;Spraying 80mg/L GA_(3)+100g/L white granulated sugar+50mg/L boric acid,60mg/L Ca Cl_(2)+100g/L white granulated sugar+50mg/L boric acid can significantly increase the number and weight of seeds per plant of Fengdan;100 g/L white granulated sugar+50mg/L boric acid+5g/L KH_(2)PO_(4 )treatment can significantly increase the number of seeds per plant of‘Fengdan’;However,there was no significant difference among different concentrations.The results showed that boric acid had a great effect on the seed setting of‘Fengdan’,and the addition of low concentration trace elements,GA_(3),Ca Cl_(2),KH_(2)PO_(4 )had a small effect on the seed setting ability.
