摘要
薇甘菊是危害性极强的杂草,为了研制更高效、环保的除草剂,该研究以常见除草剂2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、麦草畏和毒莠定粉剂分别配制的水剂(以下简称“2,4-D水剂”、“麦草畏水剂”“、毒莠定水剂”)作为试验药剂,进行田间试验。结果表明:同等浓度下,毒莠定水剂的防治效果最强,薇甘菊盖度减退率达99%以上,但是试验设置的5种浓度毒莠定水剂之间的药效未表现出显著性差异。此外,在5种浓度2,4-D水剂中,稀释500倍的水剂药效最好,麦草畏则是稀释2000倍的效果最好。
Mikania micranthais a harmful weed.In order to develop a more efficient and environmentally friendly herbicide,this study used common herbicide ingredients 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,dicamba and picloram powder to formulate water formulations as the test agent,field trials were carried out.The results showed that under the same concentration,the control effect of picloram water was the strongest,and the coverage reduction rate ofMikania micranthawas over 99%.However,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of the 5 concentrations of picloram agent in the experimental setting.In addition,among the 5 concentrations of 2,4-D agent preparations,the agent preparation diluted 500 times has the best effect,and the dicamba agent diluted 2000 times has the best effect.
