摘要
为全面贯彻集团公司2022年党建工作部署会精神,助力集团公司高质量发展,创新党建工作模式,激发基层党组织的党建工作活力,切实做到“党建提神”,中国石油东北化工销售公司吉林分公司按照公司党委部署要求,在全公司党组织中开展了党建联盟活动,并达成共建协议。文章以共享发展理念为基础,结合吉林分公司近年来党建工作实践和基层工作实际,对共享理念推进党建联盟实践作以研究,也是对基层党建工作进行的一次探讨。文章的主导思想:以共享发展理念推进党建联盟,实质上就是用“一张网、一股绳、一锅粥、一盘棋”,持续推动党建工作走深、走实,发挥党建引领,持续开展“党建+”,通过抓党建、聚人才、促经营、育资源,引领企业不断向纵深发展。
In order to fully implement the spirit of the 2022 Party construction work deployment convention of the Group Company, booster the Group Company to develop in high quality, innovate the Party construction work patterns, inspire the vitality of the Party construction work of grass-roots Party organizations, and effectively achieve “Party construction refreshment”,Jilin Branch followed the deployment requirements of the Company’s Party Committee to carried out the Party construction alliance activity in the company’s Party organizations, and reached a joint construction agreement. On basis of the concept of philosophy of co-sharing development, combined with the practice of Party construction and grass-roots work in Jilin Branch in recent years, this paper studies the philosophy of co-sharing to promote the practice of PCA, which is also a discussion of grassroots Party construction work. The dominant idea of this article is to promote the PCA by means of the concept of the philosophy of co-sharing development, which uses joint construction of organizations, joint learning of theories, resource sharing and joint activities to continuously promote the Party construction work to go deeper and to be more practical, fully exert the leadership of Party construction, continue to carry out “Party construction+”. By focusing on Party construction, gathering talents, promoting management operation and cultivating resources to support enterprises develop both in scope and in depth.
