基于利益相关者视角的高职化工类专业产教融合区域模式分析

摘要 实现产教融合,注重院校与各大企业的合作,能够有效提升高职院校教育质量,培养出与社会发展行业需求更加契合的高质量人才。文章从利益相关者及产教融合的内涵入手,分析高职化工类专业产教融合存在的问题,并且深入探究此过程中各方利益相关者诉求,以此为基础提出高职化工类专业产教融合模式创建的新策略。 By realizing the integration of production and education and focusing on the cooperation between colleges and major enterprises can we effectively improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges, cultivate high-quality talents who are more in line with the needs of the social development industry. This article starts from the stakeholders and the connotation of the integration of production and education, analyzes the problems existing in the integration of production and education in the chemical industry of higher vocational colleges, and deeply explores the demands of stakeholders in this process, and based on this,proposes the professional production of chemical engineering in higher vocational colleges. A new strategy for the creation of the teaching integration model.
