ICP-OES法检测锌镁铝合金锭中的化学成分

Detection of Chemical Composition in Zinc-Magnesium-Aluminum Alloy Ingot by ICP-OES Method

摘要 文章通过确定仪器的测量条件,建立了ICP-OES法测定锌镁铝合金锭中的铝、铁、镁、锶、镧、铈、铅、镉、硅、钒、锡11种元素的分析方法,并研究了基体对这11个元素的干扰。该法简单快捷,以及其准确度、精密度试验都获得了满意的结果,能够满足分析要求。 After optimizing the measurement conditions of the instrument, an analytical method for the determination of 11elements of aluminum, iron, magnesium, strontium, lanthanum,cerium, lead,cadmium,silicon, vanadium and tin in zinc-magnesiumaluminum alloy ingot by ICP-OES was established. The interference of the matrix on these 11 elements was studied. The results demonstrate that the developed method is simple and fast. Moreover, its accuracy and precision test results are also satisfactory to meet the analysis requirements.
