工业企业对VOCs污染的控制与治理

Control and Treatment of VOCs Pollution in Industrial Enterprises

随着工业企业的快速发展,空气污染现象屡见不鲜,如何减少生产过程当中挥发性有机物的排放已成为当前各工业企业以及环境保护部门关注的焦点。文章以VOCs污染的概述及其主要危害作为切入点,介绍了现阶段企业在控制和治理VOCs污染过程当中出现的问题,并针对转变治理思路、提升硬件水平、制定严格管控机制、进行跟踪式流程监管、推动技术革新以及强化人才培养等几方面提出了相应的治理措施。

With the rapid development ofindustrial enterprises, the phenomenon of air pollution occurs frequently. How to reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds in the production process has become the focus of current industrial enterprises and environmental protection departments. Taking the overview of VOCs pollution and its main hazards as the starting point, this paper introduces the problems that enterprises have in the process of controlling and treating VOCs pollution at the current stage,and aims to change the treatment ideas, improve the hardware level, formulate strict control mechanisms, and carry out tracking processes. In terms of supervision, promoting technological innovation and strengthening personnel training, corresponding governance measures have been put forward.
