This paper introduces the development status of switch-type electro-hydraulic actuator with ESD function at home and abroad, and briefly describes its working principle, deep hole, cross hole burr and other problems lead to unqualified,unsuitable installation caused by out of tolerance or unsmooth connection during assembly, low trigger sensitivity during test debugging and insufficient travel, etc. It provides mature process solutions and lays a good foundation for better installation and debugging in the future.
