摘要
煤化工副产焦油产品因其含有较高的硫醇、硫醚等存在严重臭味的硫化物,对生产运行人员的身心健康影响较大,同时也影响了产品的销售及应用范围。文章通过借鉴原油脱硫醇的工艺,针对煤化工副产的焦油0#产品的易挥发特性进行适应性优化调整,形成了独特的煤化工焦油产品脱硫醇工艺技术方案。
Coal chemical by-product tar products due to its high of mercaptan, thioether, serious smell of sulphur, the production operation personnel’s influence on the physical and mental health, and also affect the product sales and application scope. By drawing lessons from crude oil removal processes for mercaptan, in view of the coal chemical by-product tar 0 # adaptive tuning of the characteristics of volatile products, formed a unique coal chemical tar products to remove thiol technology scheme.
