摘要
为明确烯效唑(S_(3307))对百合(Lilium spp.)的矮化效果,以东方百合索邦为材料,采用不同浓度的5%S_(3307)可湿性粉剂进行土施、叶面喷施和种球浸泡3种处理,观察S_(3307)对百合生长发育的影响。然后采用最佳施用方法与最适浓度处理10个百合品种,观察S_(3307)对不同品种百合的矮化效果。试验结果表明,土施和叶面喷施S_(3307)可以有效降低百合索邦的株高,对其开花特性没有显著影响,其中80 mg/L的土施处理对盆栽百合矮化效果最佳;种球浸泡对百合无显著的矮化效果。80 mg/L的5%S_(3307)可湿性粉剂土施处理能显著降低10个百合品种的株高,其中黄色苏蕾和夕阳的花朵品质亦显著降低。
To determine the dwarfing effect of Uniconazole(S_(3307))on lily,the Oriental hybrids Sorbon was selected as the material,and different concentrations of 5%S_(3307) wettable powder were used to investigate the effect of S_(3307) on the growth and development of lily by means of soil application,foliar spraying and seed bulb soaking.Then the dwarfing effect of S_(3307) on ten lily varieties was observed by using the best treatment method and the best concentration.The results showed that both soil application and foliar spraying of S_(3307) could effectively reduce the plant height of lily without significant impact on its flowering characteristics,and soil application treat⁃ment with 80 mg/L 5%S_(3307) wettable powder was the best one.Seed bulb soaking had no significant dwarfing effects.Soil application treatment with 80mg/L 5%S_(3307) wettable powder significantly reduced the plant height of ten lily cultivars,among which the flower quality of Yellow diamond and Sunset were also significantly reduced.
