摘要 随着智能化水平持续提升,接入调控机构实现集中监控的变电站、电网设备及告警信息数量持续增加,面对海量的电网运行告警信号,监控专业在告警处理方面面临着分析手段缺乏等问题。而现有智能电网调度控制系统集中监控应用及综合智能告警等功能存在不足,制约了监控工作效率和智能化水平的提升。基于此,以现有的调控云为基础,开展基于人工智能的监控信息事件化系统建设研究。首先,提出了基于人工智能的监控信息事件化系统建设目标;其次,构建基于人工智能的监控信息事件化系统整体建设方案和监控信息处理方案,并给出了监控信息标准化映射规则和特征定义规则;最后,展示了基于人工智能的监控信息事件化系统功能实现。相关研究能够实现电网监控业务由传统单点信号监视向综合事件监视转变,提高了电网故障异常分析和预警能力,可为调控运行人员提供辅助决策,保障电网安全可靠运行。 With the continuous improvement of intelligence level, the number of substations, power grid equipment and alarm information connected to the regulation and control organization for centralized monitoring continues to increase. In the face of massive power grid operation alarm signals, monitoring professional alarms are faced with problems such as lack of analysis means. However, the existing smart grid dispatching control system has deficiencies in centralized monitoring application and comprehensive intelligent alarm, which seriously restricts the improvement of monitoring efficiency and intelligent level. Using the existing regulation cloud, this paper carries out the research on the construction of monitoring information event system based on artificial intelligence. Firstly, the construction goal of monitoring information event system based on artificial intelligence is analyzed;Secondly, the overall construction scheme of monitoring information event system and monitoring information processing scheme of monitoring information event system based on artificial intelligence are constructed, and the standardized mapping rules and feature definition rules of monitoring information are given;Finally, it shows the function realization of monitoring information event system based on artificial intelligence. Relevant research can realize the transformation of power grid monitoring business from traditional single point signal monitoring to comprehensive event monitoring, improve the ability of power grid fault anomaly analysis and early warning, provide auxiliary decision-making for regulation and operation personnel, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of power grid.
