开展水利工程项目法人安全生产标准化建设是水利部提出的明确要求。文章基于标准化评分细则,结合全过程参与项目法人安全生产标准化一级达标创建的实践经历,提出组织机构、教育培训、内业资料管理、现场管理和相关方管理是水利工程项目法人安全生产标准化一级达标创建的要点,并对各要点进行了逐一阐述。

It is a clear requirement of the Ministry of Water Resources to carry out the safety production standardization construction for the water conservancy project entities. Based on the standardized scoring rules, and combined with the authors’ practical experience in the whole-process establishing safety production standardization of project entity for the first-class compliance, it is pointed out that organization, education and training, internal data management, on-site management and related party management are the key points of establishment. The key points are elaborated one by one.
