驮英水库灌区田间工程的规划建设,是根据能明显发挥灌溉效益、缺水严重地区、群众意愿强烈、工业用水保障等方面,结合乡村振兴战略“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的总目标,综合规划利用好灌区水资源,实现驮英灌区范围内实现乡村振兴,从而推动崇左市实现发展现代特色农业、实现农业农村“跨越式”发展的奋斗目标。

The planning and construction of farmland works in Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone takes into consideration four aspects of significant irrigation benefits, areas with serious water shortage, strong will of the masses and industrial water guarantee, combines with the overall rural revitalization targets of prosperous industries, livable ecology, civilized rural customs, effective governance and affluent life, aims to comprehensive utilization of water resources and rural revitalization in the irrigation zone, so as to promote development of modern characteristic agriculture and achieve the goal of leapfrog development of agriculture and rural areas in Chongzuo City.
