Research advances of traditional Chinese medicine with saccharides and lipids metabolism regulating activities and its quality control

近年来糖、脂代谢紊乱疾病发病率有所上升,具有补益肝肾、利湿化痰作用的中药和中成药对其有明显的改善作用。中药质量是保证中药安全性、有效性的关键,传统质量控制手段包括一测多评和定量指纹图谱,质量标志物这一概念的提出为中药质量控制、用药安全有效提供了研究思路。对具有糖、脂代谢紊乱调节活性的单味中药、中药复方和中成药以及其质量控制研究进展进行了综述,为中药产品深层次开发提供了参考依据。

In recent years,the incidence rate of disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism has increased,and traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine with the functions of nourishing the liver and kidney,promoting dampness and resolving phlegm have significantly improved them.The quality of traditional Chinese medicine is the key to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine.The traditional quality control means include quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker and quantitative fingerprint.The concept of quality markers provides a research idea for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine and the safety and effectiveness of drug use.The research progress of single traditional Chinese medicine,compound traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine with regulating activity of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders was reviewed to provide a reference for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine products.
