Research on Training Mechanism of Leather Product Design Innovative Talents in Shaanxi Universities under the Belt and Road Initiative

文章阐述了陕西高校服务“一带一路”倡议的人才培养需求,分析了陕西高校皮革制品设计创新人才培养存在的问题,重点构建了陕西高校皮革制品设计创新型、复合型、高素质人才的培养机制和模式,以满足“一带一路”倡议实施需求。并提出“一带一路”时代背景下陕西高校创新型人才培养保障措施,以期切实解决陕西高校创新型人才培养面临的困境与现实问题,发挥高校教育对“一带一路”倡议实施的人才支撑作用。

This paper first describes the talent training needs of Shaanxi colleges and universities to serve the Belt and Road Initiative,analyzes the problems existing in the training of innovative talents of leather product design in Shaanxi colleges and universities,and focuses on constructing the training mechanism and mode of innovative,compound and high-quality talents of leather product design in Shaanxi colleges and universities,so as to meet the implementation requirements of the Belt and Road Initiative.It also puts forward the guarantee measures for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in Shaanxi under the background of the Belt and Road era,in order to effectively solve the difficulties and practical problems faced by the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in Shaanxi,and play the role of college education in supporting talents for the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.
