摘要 农产品质量安全检验技术是我国调整农业结构、升级农产品品质、确保农产品质量安全的重要技术保障。近红外光谱技术通过识别物质中含氢基团的特征信息,对物质的组成与性质进行分析,是分析化学领域发展迅猛的高新无损检测技术。除具有检测成本低、重现性高、结果呈现快、无需使用化学试剂等优点,近红外光谱技术用于农产品质量快速、有效和非破坏性检测。从农产品的质量评估与分级、掺假鉴别与产地溯源、安全检测与生长监控等方面总结了近红外光谱技术在农产品质量检测中的研究进展,为近红外光谱技术在农产品质量检测的拓展和应用提供参考。 The quality and safety inspection technology of agricultural products is an important technical guarantee for China to adjust the agricultural structure, upgrade the quality of agricultural products and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. Near-infrared spectroscopy, which can be used for analyzing the composition and properties of samples through the characteristic information of hydrogen-containing groups of organic molecules, is a rapidly developing high-tech nondestructive testing technique in the field of analytical chemistry, and has merits of low detection cost, high reproducibility, fast presentation of results. Besides, the harms brought by contacting with samples and using of chemical reagents are able to be eliminated. NIR spectroscopy can be used for rapid, effective and non-destructive detection of the quality of agricultural products. This paper summarizes the research progress of NIR spectroscopy in the quality inspection of agricultural products from the aspects of quality assessment and grading, adulteration identification and origin tracing, safety detection and growth monitoring. This paper can provide guidance basis for the expansion and application of NIR spectroscopy technology in agricultural products quality testing.
