数字技术创新对产业结构升级的影响及其空间效应——以长江经济带为例 被引量:35

The Influence of Digital Technology Innovation on Industrial Structure Upgrade and its Spatial Effect——Evidence from the Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要 基于长江经济带2003—2018年110个地级市的面板数据,运用空间计量模型实证考察了数字技术创新对产业结构升级的影响。结果发现:数字技术创新和产业结构升级都具有空间集聚现象,重点城市化地区的数字技术创新和产业结构升级水平均相对较高;数字技术创新对产业结构升级具有显著的正向促进作用,其空间滞后项对产业结构升级具有显著的负向影响;数字技术创新对产业结构升级的正向驱动作用在城市群地区、中游地区和下游地区较为显著,负向空间溢出效应在城市群地区和下游地区更为显著。在推动地区数字技术创新发展时,需要注意数字经济发展中数字技术创新的垄断效应,推进城市化地区与非城市化地区的数字技术创新合作,实现数字经济驱动产业结构升级与经济高质量发展的区域福利均衡。 Based on the panel data of 110 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2003 to 2018,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital technological innovation on industrial structure upgrading by spatial econometric model.Results show that both digital technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading have the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration, and the average water of digital technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in key urbanized areas is relatively high.Digital technological innovation plays a significant positive role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, and its spatial lag has a significant negative impact on the upgrading of industrial structure.The positive driving effect of digital technological innovation on the upgrading of industrial structure is more significant in the urban agglomeration, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt, and the negative spatial spillover effect is more significant in the urban agglomeration and the lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt.In promoting the development of regional digital technology innovation, it need to pay attention to the monopoly effect of digital technology innovation in the development of digital economy and promote the cooperation of digital technology innovation between urbanized and non-urbanized areas.
