基于发明专利主题分析的企业研发策略研究——以华为为例

Enterprise R&D Strategy Research Based on Topic Semantic of Patent——A Case of Huawei

基于研发内容语义主题和全生命周期视角,提出了一种企业研发策略分析方法。以华为全样本数据对企业研发战略进行实证分析,结果发现:企业在研发初期通过投入资金和高质量研发人员产出一批高质量研发成果,是其能够快速进入创新轨道的关键;在随后技术布局中应坚持自身主航道研发成果量与质的同步提升,而非盲目扩张。面对危机,企业分类管控,坚持聚焦自身主航道以及寻求新兴领域的投入,压缩部分领域投入协助渡过难关是一种可行的研发策略。另外,应注重后续研发成果的保护,尤其是主航道研发领域应延长保护期限。

Based on the R&D content semantic theme and the perspective of whole life cycle,this paper analyzes and proposes an analysis method of enterprise R&D strategy.And then,it makes an empirical analysis of enterprise R&D strategy based on Huawei's full sample data,result show that,producing a batch of high-quality R&D achievements through investment and high-quality R&D personnel in the initial stage,which is a key to make it quickly enter the trajectory of innovation.In the subsequent phase,firms should adhere to the quantity and quality of main channel instead of blindly expanding.In the face of crisis,firms should carry out classified management and control method,adhere to the R&D strategy of continuing to invest in the main channel and some new fields,but reducing investment in other areas to help tide over the difficulties.In addition,attention should be paid to the protection of subsequent R&D achievements,especially in the field of main channel,the protection period should be extended.
