摘要
通过多阶段的问卷调查,探讨了创始团队的矛盾思维对新创企业间断平衡创新的影响。实证结果表明:创始团队的矛盾思维对新创企业的间断平衡创新有正向影响作用,而学习型态异质性在矛盾思维与间断平衡创新之间具有中介作用。另外,创始团队的学习目标导向正向调节创始团队矛盾思维与间断平衡创新之间的关系;相反,绩效目标导向对创始团队矛盾思维与间断平衡创新之间的关系具有负向调节作用。
Through a multi-stage questionnaire survey,this paper discusses the impact of the paradoxical thinking of the founding team on the punctuated equilibrium of new ventures.The empirical results show that the paradoxical thinking of the founding team has a positive impact on punctuated equilibrium innovation of new ventures,and learning style heterogeneity plays a mediating role between the paradoxical thinking and punctuated equilibrium innovation.In addition,team’s learning goal orientation has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between paradoxical thinking and punctuated equilibrium innovation;on the contrary,performance goal orientation has a negative moderating effect on the relationship.
