摘要
本论文主要以KH570改性的不同比例聚苯胺石墨烯复合体(10:0、0:10、1:9、2:8、3:7、4:6、5:5)、有机硅预聚体和丙烯酸酯作为单体,采用乳液聚合法制备新型硅丙树脂防腐涂料。刷涂成膜后,对其进行盐雾实验、酸雾实验和碱雾实验研究涂膜的耐腐蚀性。结果表明石墨烯聚苯胺复合体的加入,可明显提高涂膜的耐腐蚀性,而且石墨烯和聚苯胺的不同配比对硅丙树脂的防腐能力影响不同,且当石墨烯与聚苯胺的比例为9:1时,硅丙树脂防腐涂料的防腐性能最佳且耐盐性最强。
In this thesis, a new type of silicone resin anticorrosion coating was prepared with different ratios(10 ∶0, 0 ∶10, 1 ∶9, 2 ∶8, 3 ∶7, 4 ∶6, 5 ∶5) KH570 modified polyaniline graphene composites, silicone prepolymers and acrylates as monomers by emulsion polymerization. After brush coating, the salt spray test, acid mist test and alkali fog test were performed to investigate the corrosion resistance of the coating. The results showed that the addition of graphene polyaniline complex can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the coating film, and the different ratios of graphene and polyaniline have different effects on the anticorrosion ability of silicon-propylene resin, and the ratio of graphene to polyaniline at 9∶1, the silicone-acrylic resin anticorrosion coating has the best corrosion resistance and the highest salt resistance.
