摘要
汽车后围左/右连接板成形过程中不采用拉深工艺,使用托料器的成形工艺可提高材料利用率。实践证明,托料成形的模具结构可靠,生产的零件稳定,消除了一般成形过程中零件表面的起皱问题。
It formed the left/right connecting plate of the automobile rear wall by using a supporter device instead of deep drawing process,which could improve the material utilization rate.The practice proved that the supporter structure of the die was reliable,the parts were stable,and the wrinkling of the part surface in the general forming process was eliminated.
